How to perform advanced call services with Telpo Smart Phone

Telpo smart phone is well-known by its rich call functions. And our customer agents always get many enquiries about questions like:

“How can I perform blind call transfer? ”

“What should I do if I want to make an attended transfer?”

Or “Where is the call conference key ?”

To solve all these questions above, let’s see “How to perform advanced call services with Telpo Smart Phone”.

Blind Call Transfer


Description: user can transfer the call directly to the third party without his/her permit.

During an active call,user can do the following steps to transfer the call to the third party:

i. Tap “More”key on Telpo smart phone.

ii. Tap “Transfer”on Telpo smart phone to Enter the dial pad, input the wanted telephone number, and then press the pound (#) key ( physical button of the phone )/ on screen for voice call/ on screen for video call to make a blind transfer.

Attended Transfer


Description: user can transfer the call to the third party after he/she permitted.

When two different calls are active at the same time, user can click“More” menu on Telpo smart phone, and click the wanted party to finish the transfer, and user quits finally.

For example, Marie’s incoming call is active, the user can call another phone number like Dahlia’s number, after Dahlia’s call is successfully connected, then click “Attended Transfer” to make Marie and Dahlia connected, and then user quits, as shown in the screenshot below.

                    

Conference Call


Description: User can make a new call during an active all, and switch to Conference Call (The number of call parties is more than two ).

The “Confernce Call” can be performed by two ways:

l The physical Conference Call Key  on the phone.

l Tap “More”in the call interface, and then tap “Conference” key,  then the conference call begins, as shown in the screenshot below:
