Telpo Army Family Call System is based on soft-switch IPPBX which Telpo developed on its own. Soldiers in barracks can use it to make calls with families conveniently. Telpo Army Family Call system has two different platforms offering different functions.
(1) One is traditional Army Family Voice Call System: It only provides normal voice call function.
(2) The other one is latest Army Family Video Call system. It can provide rich functions containing voice call and video call, as well as matched smart terminal + mobile APP. This reformed new phone system can serve army more humanly and bring barracks into a real IT smart era.

Two kinds of Telpo Army Family Call Systems:
A: One is traditional Army Family Voice Call System: It only provides normal voice call function.
Introduction of network:
(1) Deployed a Telpo Family Voice Call System in army computer room, incoming voice call will be directed to analog phones under the voice gateway connected to IPPBX.
(2) Telpo Family Voice Call System has Family contacts, Billing, Timing and Network management modules for users to manage the whole system.
(3) elpo Family Voice Call System can access to carrier’s network such as IMS Platform through IP/E1/PSTN trunk, so that soldiers can make calls with their families.
B: Another is latest Army Family Video Call System:
Deploy the latest Android Video Phone in army, it not only enable soldiers to make voice call with families, but also help them to see families’ faces with the Video Call APP. Besides these, army can put public announcements and members’ recent situation to families’APP through the platform. These humanized measures foster families’ trust, making soldiers stick to position and serve country with more confidence.

(1) Deploy a Telpo Family Video Call System based in Telpo Soft-switch IPPBX in army computer room, the system has Family contacts, Billing, Timing and Network management modules for users to manage the whole system.
(2) Deploy vertical or horizontal video phone in army accessing into army’s local network.
(3) Install Family Call APP in families’ mobiles and allocated related families ‘accounts for them.
(4) Soldiers can use the Android Smart Phone to make video call with families, to ease their homesickness.
(5) Families can use the mobile APP to communicate with soldiers and to learn more about army with the announcements, foster their trust to army, thus to promote their support to national defense, to help soldiers to guard our motherland confidently.

1. One Army Family Call System
Brief introduction of project:
Due to strict restriction to soldier’s communication to outside, but considering soldiers still need to talk with families, Telpo collaborated with China Telecom to deploy an Army Family Call System which enabled soldiers to call home, this project shows army humanized management and benefits to soldiers, it’s good for military service development.
2.One People's Armed Police School Family Call System
Brief introduction of the project:
There are some 3,000 people in People's Armed Police School A, divided into 8 battalions, each battalion includes 4-5 squads, and each squad has one telephone room.
According to person allocation, 8 phones are installed in each telephone room for school members to make calls, and billing and charging are managed through Telpo platform.
